I am pretty sure some of these images have made an appearance on this blog before but who's counting right? When I came back across this showhouse on Veranda by Charlotte Moss I felt inspired all over again...Ahhhh! All the details are making my head spin. The frames above, the striped sofa, the little lamp all on my "want" list. Below, it is just so clean...and gray...but with color...and sharp...I am in loveee.
Never get tired of you...
Ahhhhh! Again! I really need, yes need not just want, one of these newpaper holders in my office.
Those walls, the color and texture of that sofa....

Yesterday I went to ADAC's Veranda Panel that featured Alessandra Branca, Robin Wilson and Windsor Smith. All three were wonderful and inspiring. More to come on that but I thought it I would end the week with images of Windsor's work. Most images have made their way around the blog world several times but I never get sick of looking at them....
Everyone's favorite kitchen....this is where she entertains instead of a dining room, love it.That is her pup...

Dayka, it was such a pleasure to meet you!!!!!!

This month in Veranda a show house by John Saladino is featured. The inspiration for this house was the movie Girl With A Pearl Earring based on the famous painting by Johannes Vermeer. I have loved Saladino for a while now, ever since I found his furniture line. My Mother-In-Law also gave me a copy of his book which she discovered while looking on Velvet & Linen, I was thrilled and I can't wait to study it more in depth. Until then I will be studying these images... The stairs are from Exquisite Surfaces, a company I book mark evey time I see one of their ads...
The chairs, the lamps and that amazing tapestry make this room a dream.

A while back I asked for opinions on wood floors for bathrooms. Well, the response was great and now I want to know what you think about wood floors in the kitchen! I have only had tile (I have yet to have any input into a kitchen that I live in) but I think I would like wood. Are there downsides though? Dents, dings, spills? Let me know what you think!Image Veranda

Yes, I think I would like wood floors indeed but I am all ears!

I pulled this picture out of J. Crew to put on my inspiration board. This bride is stunning to me. I think she is so gorgeous without being over the top. The dress, the jewelry, the hair, the flowers, perfection!Another room that could describe me in one picture. When I will I stop?!?! The picture is from Veranda July/August 2009, another F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S issue, get it now. Want a sneak peek? Visit Wanderings of a Wannabe for more pictures and wonderful design inspiration.
Okay I need your honest opinion. Do y'all like this dress? You won't hurt my feelings if you say NO. It is one of those things I can't decide if it is cool or if it is bad, bad. I need your opinion! Dress HERE.
I hope you have a great weekend!!!!

One More Thing! A big Thank You to Jolena at Black Ribbon Interiors for the One Lovely Blog Award, you are too sweet!!!
