The Everett street condominiums are modern, fun, full of natural light and open to the outdoors. The project consisted of converting a four story, single family, brick Victorian in two 1600 s.f. condominiums on a limited budget. The former owner occupied only the bottom two floors of the building for nearly 30 years, so the scope was a full gut renovation, including new heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical work.Modern Small Budget Condo Living Design

I can't get enough of the horizontal paneling on the wall and the striped floor. Oh and the zinc top and fabulous faucet aren't too bad either...

Luxurious interior Flat in Hampstead, London by Stephen Fletcher Architects

The Luxurious flat in Hampstead was designed by is located in London NW3, United Kingdom. The architects have recently renovated it, were commissioned to transform a large run-down flat occupying the ground floor and basement of a grand house into a spectacular contemporary residence. Stephen Fletcher Architects’ brief was to create a series of living and entertainment spaces at ground floor level, retaining the nest of the existing features, and a series of private bedroom quarters with a more contemporary feel at basement level.
The property was originally built for a gentleman artist in the 1870s who installed various features, including the gothic panelling and stained glass in the Living Room, taken from a French church. Since its conversion into a boarding house soon after the First World War, and then flats in the 1960s, hardly any remedial work had been undertaken, and the place was in a perilous state.

I love this bathroom. The large mirror, the low chandelier, the simple chair and side table...
Of course I love the shower too...

I love the simplicity of this entry....
Even though it is simple there are so many beautiful details...the border on the stairs, the painted panel on the ceiling where the light is, the dark trim next to the whites and creams, the bench with a pillow that carries the colors through just like the geometric rug.
